Walk down Beaver Avenue, take a right past Canyon Pizza and stroll back Locust Lane. Take a left at the little bush that borders the long, winding walkway and as you approach the white, stately manor at 229 Locust, the memories start flooding back!

If you weren’t back for Homecoming and didn’t take that old-but-familiar walk to the Chapter  House, we feel bad for you! It’s a walk many a DU Brother has made before and its one many of us made on Homecoming. After Penn State hammered perennial Big Ten punching bag Indiana, it was a walk we all felt good making again. Not that we needed a football win to feel great about our DU heritage, but it certainly helped!

Handfuls of DU brothers showed up for food and to meet some of the undergrads during the Homecoming parade while many stuck around for a social with the undergrads and Homecoming partner Delta Gamma.

On Saturday, the Housing Board met at 8:30 a.m. and Penn State went into air-it-out mode against the Hoosiers at noon. After the game, food and refreshments were served again for all who wanted to mingle, tell great stories about DU and make some new ones. A social with the undergrads and Delta Gamma followed.

Thanks to all who showed up and we hope more of you will come out next year!
