Chase Englund '14: "There May Have Been Some Liquid Courage Involved!""My favorite DU memory was the Senior Banquet, when several Brothers--including myself, gave impromptu speeches at the podium. There may have been some liquid courage involved, but they sounded good at the time!

I keep in touch with several Brothers in the Philadelphia area and we have two events, a summer camping trip and a holiday sushi dinner.

Today, I am a Financial Analyst with the Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA. I analyze the returns for some of our international funds (Ireland & UK) and publish the results in periodic shareholder reports (which also include a lot of regulatory disclosures). I have been at Vanguard for approximately two years and hold a Series 7 and Series 63 License.

Since graduation, I completed Officer Basic with the Army Engineer Corps in Ft. Leonard Wood in Missouri (I was an ROTC Cadet). Since then, I have served as a Platoon Leader with Bravo Company, 876 Combat Engineers in the PA Guard, located in Spring City. I live in a house in Manayunk, Philadelphia and enjoy spending time there with friends.
