Notice of Meeting of the Delta Upsilon Penn State Chapter Alumni Association

Please be informed that a general meeting of the members of the Delta Upsilon Penn State Chapter Alumni Association will be held as follows:

Date: Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 9:00 AM to Noon (Homecoming weekend)

Location: Delta Upsilon Chapter House, 229 Locust Lane, State College, PA 18702

Agenda: All matters affecting the Association, including but not limited to, general operations, financial reports and including the election of open seats on the Board of Directors.

Sent: To all known email addresses on file of Alumni members.

Note: Our annual meeting is historically held in April each year during the weekend of the Penn State football program's Blue/White scrimmage event.  Due to pressing issues before the Board of Directors, we postponed this meeting until now.  In November 2017, the Penn State University suspended our recognition.  Through diligence, we have now regained our University recognition.  We plan to continue our DU legacy.  As a matter of urgency, the Board hereby calls a meeting of all Alumni members to occur at the time and place announced above.

Your Board of Directors intends to report to the membership that we have weathered the cultural storm, with sound financial management, and that our prospects are very positive.  Please attend.

Your Chapter House will be open to welcome you home.  We will do our utmost to run an efficient and productive meeting.  We hope to see you.
